Over the last 12 months, I have tried all of the most popular real estate schools so you don’t have to wonder which ones are good and which ones are bad.

Here’s A Short Summary Of My Story

In March of 2020,  I decided to look into becoming a real estate agent. It didn’t take long to see that we were going to need to get pre-licensing education to get started in this career.

So, I began to do research into what real estate schools would be best. Needless to say, there was so much contradictory information and most websites were just throwing together information trying to make an affiliate sale.

So we decided to do our own in-depth research into the most popular real estate schools and to document the process. We knew it could help others down the road.

Here’s What We Did

First, we made a list of all the top real estate schools in the country.

Then, we joined each school to get access to the inside of their courses. This would allow us to truly make an informed decision. During this process, we contacted around 60 schools to get information on the school and to check their support times.

After many months of research and trying each course, we were finally able to narrow down our choices and determine which real estate schools were worth our time and which ones were not.

Once we completed our research, two winners emerged, Real Estate Express (read my in-depth Real Estate Express review) and AceableAgent. You can read more about my recommended real estate schools here.

I Passed My Real Estate License Exam On The First Try!

Since we are in Michigan, I used AceableAgent and passed my real estate exam on the first try. Read more in my AceableAgent review.

Once I passed the state exam, I decided to put this site together as a journal of everything that my I have found since March of 2020.

It’s my hope that this site will help you to make an informed decision and choose the right real estate school. There really is no use in wasting your time and choosing the wrong real estate school. It’s better to choose the right school (with my help) so you can get your education out of the way and pass your state licensing exam. This will allow you to start your career as a real estate agent and start making money!

How I Make Money On This Site

To be totally transparent, I want you to know that my work is supported by earning an affiliate commission when readers sign up for a real estate school based on my reviews. I’m committed to honesty and transparency. I only recommend real estate schools that I believe in.
